Materials for publication are submitted to e-mail: secretary@noisetp.com
The article must be accompanied by a conclusion on the possibility of open publication from each organization indicated in the authors' affiliations.
In the title of the letter please write names of the Authors, title of the Article, city and country.
In the electronic form each article of the Author should be in a separate file. It is recommended to name the file with the article stating family names and initials of the Authors and the Number of Journal (Vol.1, №1), where the article will be sent, for example: IvanovNA-1-1.doc.
In response to the letter the Editorial office will send the confirmation of receipt to the Authors. .
The authors who sent the materials by e-mail and did not get the confirmation of receipt are requested to send the letter again.
