Instruction for submission of materials for publication

Materials for publication are submitted to e-mail:  secretary@noisetp.com

The article must be accompanied by a conclusion on the possibility of open publication from each organization indicated in the authors' affiliations.

In the title of the letter please write name of the first Author and title of the Article.

It is recommended to name the file with the article stating family names and initials of the first Authors, for example: IvanovII.doc.

In response to the letter the Editorial office will send the confirmation of receipt to the Authors. 

The authors who sent the materials by e-mail and did not get the confirmation of receipt are requested to send the letter again.

 

Content requirement

 

All submitted manuscripts are considered for publication if they are intended only for this Journal, they have not been published already, nor are they under consideration for publication in press otherwhere. They should represent accurate, original and unique information concerning topical and significant scientific problems.

 

Manuscripts submitted for publication must have a minimum 80% originality as verified by the 'Antiplagiat' detection system.

 

Articles should be prepared with utmost conciseness and clarity of writing. It is not recommended to repeat the data from tables or graphs in the article text as well as represent numerical results in the form of graphs and tables at a time.

 

Correct article design is presented in DOC attachment Structute and formatting requirements and Example of article design.

Incorrectly designed designed manuscripts will not be published in the Journal if the author refuses to make required improvements.

 

Paper length

Papers have to be minimum 5 and maximum 15 pages long, written in correct English. The publication of any paper over 20 pages long is to be negotiated with the publisher.

 

The author (or group of authors) is aware that they bear primary responsibility for the novelty and validity of the results of scientific research, which involves following these principles:

- authors should provide reliable research results; intentionally false or fraudulent statements are unacceptable;

- authors need ensure that the research findings, outlined in the submitted manuscript, are completely original. Extracts or statements taken from an external source must be presented with a clear reference to the author and the source. Excessive citations and plagiarism in any form, including unregistered quotes, paraphrasing or assignment of rights to the results of other people's research is unethical and unacceptable;

- all co-authors of the article made their contribution to the research. It is unacceptable to include people who did not take part in the research as co-authors;

- all co-authors gave permission for publication in electronic printed version of Journal with open access.

 

The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject a submission or retract a published article in cases of:

- identification of significant errors,

- violation of copyright or publication ethics standards,

- submission of knowingly inaccurate data.

 

The publisher, the members of the editorial board and reviewers do not assume any responsibility for the content of the published article, nor the consequences of its disclosure.

 

If the author finds significant errors or inaccuracies in the article on the stage of the revision of the article or after its publication, he/she must notify the editor as soon as possible.
